We are lucky enough to have had a variety of Heron in SEVA – blue, brown, grey. and probably a few hybrids. They’re a very graceful bird who nest in the tall treetops of indigenous trees in the area. Since they mostly eat fish, they are found near the lakes and rivers.
It’s a treat to watch a pair glide in flight together.
